The Brief
A prominent family required a bespoke celebratory evening honoring
heritage, architectural grandeur, and generational legacy. The
objective was to highlight the historic colonial architecture of
the estate while transforming the expansive open-air gardens into
a magical candlelit dining sanctuary.
The Idea
We embraced the aesthetic "Nocturne Elegance". Rather than
installing imposing modern trusses, we highlighted existing
heritage pillars and banyan canopies with warm architectural wash
lights, suspended hand-blown glass lanterns, and designed
low-profile imperial dining tables adorned with white flora.
The Experience
Guests arrived through a jasmine-scented grand colonnade flanked
by candlelit glass flutes. An acoustic string quartet welcomed
guests from an illuminated floating gazebo, followed by a curated
culinary journey under the stars and celebratory fireworks over
the estate water body.
The Execution
Because the venue was a protected heritage property, zero
structural alterations or mechanical anchors could be used. Sana
Events engineered counter-weighted floor ballast systems, discrete
underground cable trenches, and silent generator units placed 200
meters away to preserve pristine acoustic tranquility.
